Years ago, after Percy Jackson and his friends foiled their world domination plan, the Titans decided that there was only one way to defeat their Olympian children.

Have half motal children of their own.

These children are created partly by magic. The Titans have found a way to use mortal DNA and combine it with their own to create "test tube" like babies. When the half-blood children of the Titans- semititans- are born, they are immediatley given to an older brother or sister by the same Titan parent and raised year-round in "Tribes", one for each Titan. They're rasied in a very military-like fashion, each Tribe with a "General". Each Tribe lives in a cabin at the summit of Mount Othrys and lives a very militaristic lifestyle.

Despite semititans looking exactly like demigods would, there is a major difference between demigods and semititans however. Semititans are significantly stronger than demigods, although they are not superhuman nor do they possess superhuman strength. The Titans care practically nothing for their half-breed children. Is it possible the semititans' loyalty to their titan parents isn't as strong as their demigod cousins' loyalty to their godly parents? Semititans do nothing but practice military stuff, while demigods have a range of activities to choose from. Could this somehow turn into the new advantage for the gods?

Semititans have been raised to hate the gods and their demigod children, but is it possible that a rebellion could be mounting in these half-titans? Maybe a few of the semititans are starting to care about their demigod cousins?

We'll have to wait and see.
