How were they claimed?: When Prince was thirteen, he arrived at Camp Half-Blood amidst monster attacks and violence because of his high prominence in the royal family. The Mist made it seem that the English Royal Family was under attacks from terrorists. During one of these attacks, Christopher decided to take his brother Prince and head for a safe-have in America called Camp Half-Blood his Satyr Butler had told them about. On the way, their car was run off the road by a monster only a few minutes away from the camp. Once they were inside camp boundaries, Prince wasn't exactly sure of what he needed to do, but held his injured brother close and tried to will the injury away, which surprisingly worked. His prowess in healing caused his father Apollo to claim him instantly.

Description: Despite being the son of one of the handsomer Gods (according to Apollo, if you had the fortune of asking him), Prince didn't happen to acquire one of the main traits of this God - his height. Standing at a meager five foot three, it's quite a change compared to his half-siblings. This has led to him being more than a little sensitive about his height, especially around other guys, but needless to say, he enjoys being around people his own height (which basically means the girls.)
Despite that minor setback, Prince looks like any other typical Apollo child; Bronzed skin, well-defined muscles without looking like they were induced by steroids, brown hair with blond tips (which he did himself in a weird sort of dedication to his father), and bright blue eyes that look like the sky itself. Like many other campers, he can be seen in jeans and/or sweatpants, running shoes, and the Camp Half-Blood t-shirt, but that's not his true style of dressing. Left to his own devices, without having to worry about whether or not the clothes will be slashed by a wayward blade, he'd be wearing a dress shirt (probably a light colour), with black slacks, oxfords, and a black vest overtop. Being a member of the royal family, old habits have died hard, and he tends to keep himself meticulously well dressed at all times, aside from when he's fighting. When he is, it's usually with his golden quiver of arrows and bow that was endowed upon him by his father.
Personality: Being of the royal family, Prince has been raised a very certain way, to adhere to certain moral standards and maintain a certain level of courtesy. As a result, he can come off as a little more formal than the rest of the kids around the camp, but it's not blatantly obvious. Despite having a confident father and plenty of strong role models around him, Prince ended up being a little on the sensitive side, to say the least. Even sarcastic comments thrown by the wayside without thought can hurt him, as deep down, he's just another teenager that wants to be liked. He hates when people take a sharp tone in general, least of all with him, and his agitation is shown clearly on his face when this happens.
However, that's not to say that he isn't a funny guy. In fact, he's known for being comedic. Always equipped with a witty comment, Prince is typically known for his sarcastic remarks, despite what effect they might have on some people. Despite all of these remarks, however, he's very loyal to his friends, and tries to not hurt them the best he can. Another thing about Prince is that most of the time, he makes light of the situation, but it's not out of callous stupidity like he lets on. For example, if there's a monster attack outside of camp, he won't worry about having to go fight them, claiming it an 'easy fight' and underestimating the opponent. In reality, though, he doesn't want to deal with the complexities of life, involving his forfeit of the crown that he was raised to believe was his eventual birthright. In all, he's decided that it's easier to not understand the complexities of issues and be surprised when they come, rather than be exposed to the difficulties that come along.
History: When Prince was born, it was quickly obvious that he wasn't exactly of full noble birth. Although in the end it would turn out that he was, just not in the same way as the rest of his family. For starters, he had brilliant blue eyes and tanned skin straight from the get go, compared to his relatively pasty parents who sported almost exclusively brown eyes. Secondly, as he grew older, he grew more well-defined and blossomed into a very handsome young man, more so than his siblings. But we're getting too far into his description here. The reason why all of this matters is that it couldn't have been easy for his family, knowing that something else was up with Prince altogether.
His parents obviously couldn't get a divorce, and so the Queen's pregnancy was shrouded in mystery, with the King coming out and publicly lying to preserve their honor. It was only within the four members of the family - King, Queen, Christopher, and Prince that knew that Prince wasn't fully royal. However, the Queen wouldn't divulge who Prince's true father was no matter who asked. That led to quite a bit of tension within the royal family, some of which was directed at Prince, who struggled knowing that he didn't fully belong. That coupled with his dyslexia and ADHD only fueled the fires that told him he didn't belong, and drew into the sensitive child that lives on today.
The attacks on his family started when he was eleven, weeks after he attended a publicity event with his family in downtown London. Previously, he hadn't gone out very much with his family, preferring to stay indoors and pluck at the harp that was purchased for him, but directly after the attacks began. Later, he'd discover that that was when the monsters caught his DemiGod scent, but for the scared little boy, he was all too willing to believe, like the rest of his family, what the Mist was making the events seem like. Two years later and they'd managed to stick together, despite the pressures culminating from Prince's ADHD, dyslexia, true heritage, and the attacks, managing to pay off whatever damage would come to the hall where Prince was staying beyond the palace.
But the worse was yet to come. While Prince was out with a bunch of friends, a trio of monsters came after him, leaving his friends scared but unharmed, and chased him through London until he just barely lost them. This attack was the breaking point for the Queen, after which she asked Christopher to take him to a safe haven known as Camp Half-Blood. Though it all, she still remained intentionally vague as to his heritage, until she told Christopher why he would take his brother to the camp. The last time that Prince saw his family was on the night he left, the two brothers driving off into the night. Later on, publicity reports would tell that Christopher and Prince were taking a holiday in Florida, where Prince would later be enrolled in a military school there. He ended up at Camp Half-Blood and was claimed by his true father basically on arriving.
Ever since arriving at Camp Half-Blood, he found his niche among the other Apollo campers, becoming one of the best archers known among the camp, as well as an excellent lutist and poet. He mostly hangs around his Half-Siblings, although he sometimes can be seen with other campers, such as people from the Aphrodite cabin and the Poseidon cabin. So far, he has not been on a quest.
